These set includes 2 sandstone pots with cork covers. The pots have two different patterns created by Maija Louekari: the Siirtolapuutarha pattern and the Elokuun Varjot pattern. To create the Elokuun pattern, the young Finnish illustrator found inspiration in her own wildflower garden. The designer was fascinated by the changing seasons in the north – new beginnings and abundantly growing vegetation which grows back year after year. This pattern is a tribute to greenery, freedom and warm breezes. The Siirtolapuutarha depicts the saturated abundance of an urban cottage garden. The flat colour tints and freehand lines are typical of the Marimekko collection. Cheerful, chic and graphic, the Marimekko accessories collection brightens up your interior!
