This set of 3 chopping boards and 3 kitchen knives and their storage rack is very practical. The colour-coded polypropylene boards mean you can easily differentiate between the three main types of food (fish, meat, vegetables and cooked food) and, as such, reduce the transfer of bacteria. The boards are equipped with non-slip bases and stainless-steel handles for easy handling. Designed not to damage knife blades, the textured chopping surface allows for an excellent grip on the food. The knives feature sharp stainless-steel blades and soft-grip handles. This set includes: a Chef’s knife (15.5 cm), Santoku knife (14 cm) and a paring knife (10 cm). After use, the boards and knives can be stored away in their elegant rack where they will always be to hand. The rack holds the boards separately to allow the air to circulate for hygienic drying. The boards are dishwasher-safe. The knives can be washed by hand.
