Trinity Centrepiece – Alessi

An industrial object representing the beauty of nature… This steel centrepiece has been created by Adam Cornish. The work by this young designer is based on the concept of movement, both visual and physical. “Trinity” is a centrepiece designed with a simple geometric form in mind that grows and forms a concentric, elegant structure. This dynamic and sinuous structure was inspired by Nautilus shells. The author wants to show aspects of natural elements while employing modern processes of industrial production. The “Trinity” form is achieved by a process of laser-perforating a fine sheet of steel that is then mechanically shaped. Trinity can serve as a table centrepiece or fruit basket.
